The anticipation of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's big day is currently underway. And while fans try to confirm the rumors of exactly where and when their the star's nuptials might take place, the big question for fashion aficionados is: Who will the bride wear?

Like any celebrity billionaire, Swift loves a designer label, but she has never been known as a front-row-at-Paris-Fashion-Week, luxury-brand-muse kind of It Girl. (Think Jennifer Lawrence and Dior or Zendaya and Louis Vuitton.)

Swift has cultivated a loyal collective of her favorite brands, including Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Area (recall her famous Super Bowl jeans). And the wedding dresses Swift wore in the music videos for "Willow" and "I Bet You Think About Me" shows that Swift is a fan of romance and whimsy, and consistent in her love of corsets and floral motifs.

Swift is all about classic silhouettes and her wedding gown will likely have timeless elegance. Here are five designers we think the star is most likely to pick for her wedding dress.

Ralph Lauren

When it comes to classic American designers, there's no name quite like Ralph Lauren. So, it's no surprise that "Miss Americana" herself has been a longtime fan of the brand. Ralph Lauren has primarily outfitted Swift's street style, with pieces like American flag sweaters, preppy polo dresses, baseball hats and leather handbags.

But the singer's most notable Ralph Lauren look to date is no doubt her engagement dress. Last year, Swift and Kelce made their announcement with a dual Instagram post, in which Swift wore a gray-and-white striped Ralph Lauren smock dress, which became a fan favorite and one of the singer's most iconic looks.

In recent years, Ralph Lauren has designed bridal looks for stars like Jennifer Lopez, Lilly Collins, Naomi Biden and Priyanka Chopra, who had an unforgettable 75-foot wedding veil at her 2018 wedding to Nick Jonas. Swift's best friend, Selena Gomez, wore not one but four custom Ralph Lauren looks for her 2025 wedding to Benny Blanco. Could Swift be inspired by Gomez for a Ralph Lauren look of her own? Maybe. But knowing brides (celebrity or not), it's more likely that the star wants moment that is uniquely her own.

Oscar de la Renta

If there is one designer Swift has been known to wear for a red-carpet statement, it's Oscar de la Renta who's known for opulent ball gowns and fanciful wedding dresses. At the 2014 Met Gala, honoring the "Charles James: Beyond Fashion" theme, Swift wore an old Hollywood-inspired pale pink, column gown by the designer that featured a dramatic bow-back bustle with a flowing train. At the 2023 premiere of her Eras Tour film in Los Angeles, Swift went for the same vintage glam look in a strapless, periwinkle blue, cut-out floral gown with a sweetheart bodice and full skirt. For Gomez's 2025 wedding, Swift sparkled in a tea-length, 1950s-style Oscar dress embellished with beige sequins and petite florals. When the star picked up the album of the year Grammy for "Folklore" in 2021, she opted for an opulent Oscar mini dress adorned with multi-colored, hand-embroidered 3D flowers.

The designer would be a classic, yet elegant choice for Swift, who would join the ranks of Oscar brides like Amal Clooney, Naomi Watts, Allison Williams and Joey King.

Vivienne Westwood

If you're clued into the bridal market, then you probably know all about the Vivienne Westwood wedding gown beloved by celebrities and fashion girls. The Mabel Silk Bustier Gown, featuring an off-the-shoulder neckline with an internal boned corset and a side-draped skirt, has been worn by past brides like Demi Lovato, Charli XCX, and Miley Cyrus.

If Swift picked the label she'd probably create a custom look similar to the white, bridal-esque Westwood dress she wore on stage for the Eras Tour, the one with a corseted bodice, a voluminous skirt and her lyrics sprawled across the fabric. At the 2025 Grammys, Swift walked the carpet in a red glittering Westwood mini dress that featured a subtle nod to Kelce with a dainty, dangling, rose gold Lorraine Schwartz chain that featured a small serif "T."

Swift has also been known to casually wear Westwood ready-to-wear pieces while out on the town in Manhattan and at Kanas City Chiefs games. All signs point to a strong possibility for a Westwood wedding dress.

Wiederhoeft

Jackson Wiederhoeft has single-handedly changed the game for the modern corset since his debut collection in 2019, in part through his famed wasp corset, which is shaped like insect's sharp stinger with a structured metal boned V-shape construction and lace-up back. He's also known for his structural, size-inclusive designs adorned in intricate bead work and bejeweled embellishments, and both his ready-to-wear and bridal collections are the definition of walking art. He's beloved by celebrities such as Julia Fox, Nicola Coughlan, Rihanna, Sabrina Carpenter and Lady Gaga.

It wasn't until recently that Swift joined the Wiederhoeft pact. The Grammy winner appeared in the designer on "Late Night with Seth Meyers" last fall, donning a dark floral tapestry print corseted two‑piece set styled with a baroque chocker and a rare nude lip. This year, at the iHeart Radio Music Awards, the singer wore made a statement in another Wiederhoeft corset two-piece, with a top made of bonded celadon velvet and hand-embroidered with glass beads, and a custom matching miniskirt.

While Swift's primary wedding dress, will most likely reflect her more classical style, there is certainly the possibility of a glitzy and fun Wiederhoeft moment either for a second dress or after-party look.

Givenchy

Last year, popular gossip platform Deux Moi received a blind item that Swift will reportedly wear a Givenchy by Sarah Burton wedding gown for her big day. During her time at Alexander McQueen, Burton famously worked with Princess Kate on her iconic 2011 bridal gown.

Givenchy, where Burton is now creative director, has famously done gowns for everyone from Audrey Hepburn to Kim Kardashian to Duchess Meghan. Swift doesn't have much of a history with the French fashion house (apart from carrying a few of handbags), but for the 2026 Songwriters Hall of Fame induction the singer turned to Givenchy for a show-stopping black corseted gown embroidered with a bouquet of jewel-toned florals and a thigh-high slit. Was she foreshadowing a wedding look?

Other bridal designers

There is also a possibility that Swift goes the traditional route with a dress designed by a high-end bridal brand: Think Vera Wang, Monique L'Huillier, Galia Lahav or Ellie Saab. Swift is loyal to her favorite designers – but there's always room for surprises.
