No scrubs detected here, as ** has the exclusive first look images of *CrazySexyCool – The TLC Musical*, which has its worldwide opening tonight at Arena Stage's Kreeger Theater in Washington, D.C.

The show follows the meteoric rise of TLC, the 1990s girl group out of Atlanta who sold over 60 million albums and scored four number one singles with "Creep," "Waterfalls," "No Scrubs," and "Unpretty."

The official description of the musical notes that: "For more than 30 years, TLC has pushed artistic boundaries and inspired millions with music that remains as urgent and relevant today as ever. Now, their extraordinary legacy explodes onto the stage in *CrazySexyCool – The TLC Musical*. Go beyond the headlines, the fiery scandals, explosive creative clashes, and heartbreaking tragedies to experience the powerful story of unbreakable sisterhood, defiance, triumph, and enduring love."

The images show the three actresses playing the singers. Holli' Gabrielle Conway — who was the first Black woman to portray Katherine Howard on Broadway in *Six* and was part of the original Broadway casts of *Lempicka* and *Tina: The Tina Turner Musical* — is Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins. Jade Milan — who played the lead role of Ali in Alicia Keys' Broadway musical *Hell’s Kitchen* — is Lisa "Left Eye’"Lopes. And Stoney B. Woods — whose credits include *The Book of Mormon* — completes the trio as Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas.

The show is written and directed by Kwame Kwei-Armah, choreographed by Chloe O. Davis, and, of course, filled with TLC classics.
