Tamera Mowry-Housley is embracing new beginnings!
As the Sister, Sister star, 47, continues to document the renovation process of her newly purchased home in Napa Valley, she and husband Adam Housley have officially put their Fairfield, Calif., home on the market for $2.7 million.
The couple purchased the five-bedroom, five-bathroom abode for $1.4 million 15 years ago, according to Realtor.com. It's located north of San Francisco and features 4,863 square feet of space, while also overlooking the surrounding rolling hills.
Ryan Nemeyer and Alfonso Garcia of the Nemeyer Garcia Team at Engel & Völkers currently hold the listing.

Nemeyer and Garcia tell PEOPLE in a statement that the property offers a “rare balance” and a “secluded and peaceful” environment.
“What makes this home so special is the setting,” the pair add. “It's rare to find a property that offers this level of privacy, views, proximity, parking, and usable outdoor space all in one package.”
Inside the property, the kitchen boasts a massive center island with a built-in sink and barstool seating. There's an additional dining nook tucked away in the corner, making the place an ideal spot for gatherings.
Directly next to the kitchen is the living area, which is centered on a cozy fireplace and equipped with hardwood floors.

In the primary bedroom, indoor-outdoor living is embraced through the glass French doors that lead out to a balcony, which offers stunning views of the surrounding greenery.

The listing comes after the couple launched a series on their YouTube channel in April to document the extensive renovations they are making in order to turn their new abode into their dream home.
In the first episode, titled The Housley Farm: Building Our Dream Home, Tamera and Adam give a tour of the near-empty space, which has been vacant since 2018. The one-story property, set on 15 acres, is in need of serious updating, the couple say. However, they are looking forward to the challenge and being able to embrace a slower lifestyle.

"We've been dreaming about this for a long time. Getting out of the city, getting into the country, teaching the kids and all of us how to be more sustainable to the land, having chickens and an orchard and vineyard," Adam said.
"I'm so excited but also a little nervous and anxious because I'm a city girl," added Tamera, who grew up in Los Angeles.
