In the caption of the post, Bosworth shared that she delivered her baby earlier than expected.

"Welcome to the world sweet girl!! So happy for you you guys," wrote Conrad.

Lo Bosworth Opened up About Having Endometriosis

In a September 2025 interview on the Ken Cook is Having Another Episode podcast, Bosworth shared that her fertility journey led her to receive an endometriosis diagnosis.

While recording the podcast episode, the 39-year-old said she did "a few rounds of egg freezing" when she was around 33. According to Bosworth, her "AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone) levels were low" and she "didn't get very many eggs."

She said that when she and her now husband "were doing IVF last year," her fertility specialist wanted to run tests before implanting an embryo.

"[She] said 'You know, you don't have a lot of embryos. You don't have a lot of eggs. So, I need to check off every single box on my list before we even attempt an implantation with you.' And that means a huge list of blood tests. And one of the things on her list also was a Receptiva biopsy, which is a biopsy of the uterus. That is so painful," recalled the former reality personality.

Bosworth said after the biopsy's result indicated that she may have endometriosis, she had to get "surgery again" in order to get an official diagnosis. She said that the surgeon found out she had endometriosis and "removed that tissue," as well as "a number of fibroids" and her appendix.
