Kylie Kelce is delivering her best performance for season 2 of her podcast Not Gonna Lie.
In a promo teaser for the upcoming episode, which premieres on Jan. 15, Kelce began the clip by teasing the first guest with a dance move.In the clip — which was played with sound from the Disney Channel original movie Camp Rock — the host and mom of four re-enacted an iconic scene from the movie, putting her own spin on it.Kelce pretended to hold a microphone as she bent her head down, stuck her other hand in the air and shook her inverted knees to the beat.
Then, her upcoming podcast guest — none other than Camp Rock's own Demi Lovato — chimed in from a chair across the room, lip-syncing to her character, Mitchie Torres's line from the movie: "She's really good!"

The move that Kelce hit is commonly referred to as "Disney knees," and the term calls back to Lovato's performance in the cult classic Disney movie. Mitchie, performing during the Final Jam at the end of the Camp Rock movie, hits the same dance move as she sings her song "This is Me.""Disney knees" has since become a popular trend on TikTok, with many fans highlighting how the move was adopted by their favorite Disney stars.
Lovato herself has even gotten in on the action, recreating the move in different parts of Disneyland back in March of 2025 for a TikTok video. In an interview with PAPER magazine in September 2025, she opened up about making light of her viral memes, like "Disney knees," Poot and the infamous yogurt shop controversy.
"I think what's been fun for me is, I recently joined TikTok full-time. I was always lurking. I'd go on it once in a while, but I never invested time into making videos. Once I got back online, I started seeing the memes," Lovato, 33, told the outlet.
She added, "An incredible, powerful way to take the power back is to own the memes. Because then, if I'm laughing, nobody can laugh at me. I'm laughing at me."
The same month, it was announced that Lovato would be returning for Camp Rock 3 as an executive producer alongside the Jonas Brothers.
“Camp Rock is an important part of the Disney Channel Original Movie legacy, with unforgettable music, energetic storytelling, and characters that live in the hearts of fans to this day,” said Ayo Davis, president, Disney Branded Television, in a press release at the time. “Bringing it back with Kevin, Joe, Nick and Demi is such a full-circle moment, and we can’t wait to reintroduce this world to a new generation.
