Katharine McPhee and David Foster are celebrating seven years of marriage.
To mark the milestone on Sunday, June 28, the Country Comfort alum, 42, shared a glimpse of their intimate wedding ceremony. In the video, which she posted on her Instagram Stories, Foster, 76, and McPhee can be seen laughing and smiling at the altar before sharing a kiss after they were declared husband and wife.
The couple tied the knot at the Church of Saint Yeghiche in London in 2019.
McPhee wrote over the video, "Happy 7 year itch baby!" and tagged her husband.

In another post, she took a moment to celebrate her glamorous wedding dress, designed by Zac Posen, who also attended the nuptials as a guest. Alongside a photo of herself posing in the strapless gown and a cathedral-length veil, she wrote, "& happy anniversary to my dress @zacposen and @jordiefos for helping me so much."
Additional snaps revealed a look at McPhee and Foster's anniversary date, which included a special dessert — though McPhee jokingly pointed out one detail that was amiss.

A photo showed a decadent-looking slice of cake adorned with a lit candle. The side of the cake was decorated with the message, "Congratulatons 7 year each."
McPhee wrote over the image, "7 year 'each' lost in translation!"
In another photo, the Smash alum smiled and posed with Foster at a dining table with the cake plate. She joked, "We still like each other. Most days 🤪."

The couple's love story dates back to 2006, when they first met when McPhee was a contestant on American Idol and Foster was a guest mentor. They struck up a friendship that later turned romantic.
The pair sparked dating rumors in September 2017 after stepping out together to the Grammy Museum's annual gala. That November, they were spotted kissing after having lunch together in Los Angeles. McPhee and the music producer made their red carpet debut as a couple at the Met Gala in May 2018.
Months later, in July 2018, Foster popped the question to McPhee during a vacation in Italy. “He did it at the top of this mountain in Anacapri. Totally dark, only stars," the actress wrote of the proposal on social media at the time.

In October 2020, more than a year after the pair married, sources confirmed to PEOPLE that McPhee was pregnant and expecting her first baby with Foster. The couple's son, Rennie, was born in February 2021.
In the years since, McPhee has shared glimpses of her married life with Foster as they raise their son together.
To mark Father's Day in 2022, she posted a touching tribute to Foster, writing, "Happy Father's [Day] to the man @davidfoster who loves me like I could have only dreamed of & who made me complete in life by making me a mommy. I love our little family. I love our big family."
The two also collaborate professionally. Last year, they went on the road together, performing a series of concerts across the country.
