Kaley Cuoco‘s newborn daughter Philomena is celebrating her one-week milestone!
Cuoco, 40, shared news of Philomena’s arrivalon Instagram on Wednesday, Oct. 14, along with intimate snaps taken in the hospital. And on Monday, Oct. 19, the Based on a True Story star shared some more photos to mark one week of her birth.
“One week old over here,” she wrote alongside an image of her holding Philomena in their apartment. The tot looks adorable in the snap in a baby pink onesie and tiny socks. The second image the Big Bang Theoryalum shared was of Philomena being cuddled by her big sister, Matilda, whom Cuoco and her actor fiancé Tom Pelphrey, 44, welcomed in March 2023.

When the actress shared the news that she was now a mom of two on Instagram, she also wrote, “There are no words to describe this feeling once again. What a blessing.”
She continued: “We are so grateful for the crazy wild up and down journey that brought us to our little Philo! Family officially complete 😭Time to bring Matilda’s baby home! 😂💕 @tommypelphrey life exploded the minute we met, and the gifts keep coming. I love you forever , girl daddy! 💘.”
The Flight Attendant actress first announced she was expecting her second baby on Instagram, sharing a series of family photos in which she also shared that they would be becoming parents to another girl. Cuoco described having another baby and “completing our little family,” as a “dream come true.”

She also reflected that her road to falling pregnant a second time had with a “little windier,” adding, “little sissy on the way.”

Shortly after announcing that Matilda would be a big sister, Cuoco hosted a fiesta-themed baby shower with a few famous friends, including Lacey Chabert, Kimberly J. Brown, Amy Davidson and Ashley Jones. But of course, the guest of honor was her daughter Matilda, who wore a dress that coordinated with her mom for the celebratory event.
Meanwhile, Pelphrey opened up about how he and Cuoco were preparing to welcome their second baby at the 2026 Emmy Awards following his win for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series.
“We’re both so excited. Our daughter’s excited. We’ll see how it goes when it actually gets there,” Pelphrey said, adding that they were “thrilled” about becoming a family of four.
