When it comes to sporting the notorious MAGA appearance, Karoline Leavitt ranks among the most prominent, but what might she look like without the lip fillers and dramatic makeup?
The 28-year-old has fueled speculation about cosmetic surgery due to her evolving looks, particularly when compared to throwback images from before she worked as President Donald Trump's press secretary in 2025, a role she stepped down from this August.
This emerging phenomenon has been dubbed the "MAGA makeover," describing the distinctive style embraced by conservative Republican women, including Laura Loomer, Kristi Noem, Lara Trump, Pam Bondi, and Kimberly Guilfoyle, who is also recognized for sporting the now-infamous "Mar-a-Lago face."

Karoline, who was the youngest White House Press Secretary in history, has also faced criticism for dressing "older," embracing a "Stepford Wives" look that resonates with conservative Christians supporting Trump.
A resurfaced photograph from 2018 reveals just how dramatically the spokesperson's appearance has transformed since her early 20s. Last year, Karoline seemed to have enhanced her lips with filler based on photographs showing multiple needle marks surrounding her mouth, extensive makeup application, and voluminous, styled blowouts.

With that in mind, artificial intelligence has generated predictions showing what the mother-of-two might look like without the MAGA-inspired beauty treatments.
The most striking differences in the AI-created images reveal Karoline with considerably thinner lips, a more natural complexion, and straight, unstyled hair. While she hasn't publicly confirmed any cosmetic procedures, her lips appear significantly fuller than in previous years.

Drawing on expert assessments from multiple plastic surgeons and side-by-side photo analyses, they've suggested Karoline may have undergone various treatments, including a possible rhinoplasty (nose job), lip fillers, and skin resurfacing.

Medical professionals have observed a more streamlined nose, enhanced lips, and a more defined jawline in her latest photographs when compared to older images.
Beauty standards among conservative Republican women typically feature elevated cheekbones, plump lips, taut skin, bold, well-defined eyebrows, slender noses, and brilliantly white teeth.
Attention has been paid to Karoline's appearance after her replacement as White House press secretary stepped down after just five days. Donald Trump announced on October 9 that Katie Zacharia would officially be taking on the role following Karoline's exit. She officially started the position on October 12.

Katie held her first press briefing on October 13, but her performance behind the podium left many political commentators worried as she appeared to struggle in the spotlight.
Her first briefing lasted just 14 minutes, during which she only answered three questions from three separate journalists. Katie also had an uncomfortable moment when discussing how she intended to juggle her high-profile role with raising four children.
As she revealed her family's plans to move from California to Washington, she stumbled over her words, confusing "president" and "husband."
On Friday, President Trump revealed he had encouraged her to resign. He told members of the press, "I said, 'Is this for you, Katie? Because honestly, you don't need this.'"
The 80-year-old said he also told Zacharia, "Honestly, if I were you, I'd reconsider." He was asked who might replace Zacharia and said there were a lot of people who want the press secretary job.
