After Puck reported that Paltrow would be holding a “private, off-the-record al fresco dinner” for Altman in the Hamptons, some social media users slammed the event as “tone-deaf” and “like an episode of *Black Mirror**.*”

On Thursday, the Goop founder cheekily clapped back at critics of the alleged party, sharing joke copies of the invitation that Puck published to Instagram. The fake honorees included pop culture figures like M3gan, Samantha Jones from *Sex and the City*, Shrek, Jessica Rabbit, and newly-viral social media character Chanty Beluga.

“We’re serving swordfish burritos, cheddar foam lattes on request,” Paltrow joked in her caption.

Paltrow is expected to host Altman in her Amagansett, NY home on Aug. 29, according to Puck. Representatives for OpenAI and Paltrow did not immediately respond to *’*s request for comment.

The *Shakespeare In Love *actress is no stranger to the world of AI. In fact, she caused quite a stir in June after publishing an interview with Trae Stephens, co-founder of AI weapons manufacturer Anduril.

The two got into a discussion about politics, even debating whether the United States should have mandatory civil service. During their talk, Paltrow got candid about how she and her husband, Brad Falchuk, differ politically, noting that it can be “very triggering” to hear opposing perspectives.

“I noticed with my own husband, too, who’s the best person ever in the world,” she said on the June 2 episode of the *Goop Podcast. *“And he’s so progressive. He has such a sweet heart, and he wants to, like, make sure everybody’s looked after.”

Meanwhile, Paltrow shared that she’s more moderate, which has caused some disagreements within her marriage.

“And I mean, I’m pretty centrist, and my husband thinks I’m a Republican. But I think it’s — which I’m not a Republican,” she continued. “I don’t feel anything right now, to be totally honest with you. I feel like I’m completely an independent.”
