Cameron Boozer celebrated his big night with his biggest champion.
Moments after being selected third overall by the Memphis Grizzlies in the 2026 NBA Draft on Tuesday, June 23, the former Duke forward shared a heartfelt embrace with dad Carlos, a two-time NBA All-Star, as the family's legacy in the league continues.
Carlos, a former second-round draft pick in 2002, played for the the Cleveland Cavaliers (2002-2004), Utah Jazz (2004-2010), Chicago Bulls (2010-2014) and Los Angeles Lakers (2014-15) over the course of his career.
Carlos, 44, also played collegiately at Duke, much like his newly-minted NBA rookie son.
