Brandi Glanville has announced she has a facial tumor amid the return of a parasite.
The Real Housewives alum opened up about her health struggles in a new podcast episode.
Glanville previously said she thought she contracted a "sexually transmitted ringworm."
After years of enduring a health battle with a facial parasite, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville has revealed another shocking diagnosis.
Shortly after announcing that her facial parasite had returned earlier this year, Glanville opened up about learning that she had a tumor in her face.
"Mama found out that I have a benign tumor in one of my lymph nodes in my face," Glanville announced on the June 18 episode of her Brandi Glanville Unfiltered podcast (below). "That could be why the fluid is going around my face. I can wear makeup for 15 minutes, then I have to take it off."

Glanville, 53, explained that the tumor is "not cancerous," and that she received her diagnosis after noticing a lump that had been on her face for years.
She says a dermatologist specializing in cancer did a blood test — the results of which indicated that the tumor was benign.
"Every doctor that I've showed, they're like, it's just scar tissue. I'm like, from what? I haven't had a face lift yet," Glanville said. "I didn't understand. There's a lot of dismissing that goes on in the medical field."
Glanville admitted that "it's been a long three years" on her road to recovery from the facial parasite, and she just wants to get to a point where she can "put on a ton of makeup again" and have a "glow-up" when she's rid of the condition.

The reality TV star hasn't been a main cast member on RHOBH since 2015, after departing following the conclusion of season 5. She has, however, returned in a guest capacity on seasons 6, 9, and 10.
Glanville also returned for an unreleased season of Ultimate Girls Trip, during which she was accused of sexual harassment by Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Caroline Manzo.

Both Manzo and Glanville reportedly left the still-unaired project during production. Glanville's representatives at the time provided a statement to PageSix, which read: "While filming, Brandi followed what the producers asked of her, and there was no sexual assault," adding, "She is innocent of these absurd accusations that have weighed on her mental and physical health for far too long without a word of support from Peacock, Shed [Media] or Bravo…This painful storytelling seems endless and needs to stop. She is looking to move on and upward and get her life back."
