2026 NFL Draft: Jets take Clemson QB Cade Klubnik 110th overall in fourth round

Cade Klubnik had a roller-coaster college career that saw his NFL prospects oscillate over a four-year run that came with 40 starts at Clemson.

He went off the board earlier than expected on Day 3 of the the 2026 NFL Draft. The New York Jets snagged the dual-threat quarterback with the 110th overall pick in the fourth round on Saturday.

Klubnik is fifth quarterback to hear his named called in this year’s draft. He notably went before LSU’s Garrett Nussmeier.

The four QBs who were taken ahead of Klubnik are Indiana’s Fernando Mendoza, who went No. 1 overall to the Las Vegas Raiders in the first round; Alabama’s Ty Simpson, whom the Los Angeles Rams traded up to grab with the No. 13 overall pick in the first round; Miami’s Carson Beck, whom the Arizona Cardinals picked No. 65 overall in the third round; and Penn State’s Drew Allar, whom the Pittsburgh Steelers collected with the No. 76 overall pick in the third round.
